  • Guest：We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Seriously- wow. The bathroom was fine and the shower was amazing. Some dust and little dirt here and there but overall ok. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but did go to the champagne bar and absolutely loved it. The drinks, staff and view- spectacular.The staff at reception were so bubbly too: The only thing I would change would be the coffee in the room as it was terribly weak. Overall great experience.

  • Guest：Any requests I had, I had to repeat three times to the staff members. They constanly though they were in the right, even though all was saying was that the room phone didnt work.. The turnover staff were also rude, and unnessary loud in their role. If a door is locked, then dont contiunal try and open it! Room was clean and large. Only one lift was avaible to use, so it took an long time to turn up.
